Haha, I think they are Greek, only because they do a Greek menu on certain nights.Turk, or further afield run chip shop as well, judging from the placement of salad and the way the cheese has been added.
Not sure if I am on course to become a food detective, but am ready to study what-ever is posted next
I usually give fish n chip places a wide berth if they do other stuff, but its actually really good.
Also explain to me the salad and cheese placing

My local Greek restaurant is owned by and all the staff and chefs are Lithuanian (Pretty decent tucker as well)
