Its thicker than it looks, good consistency for me...not too runny and not too gloopy.
Sent my partner to the Indian for me.. Chicken Pathia, Naan Bread, Poppadoms, Chilli Sauce… my equivalent of a Horlicks before bed.
Mopped up majority of the curry with Naan bread, now polishing off the Chilli Sauce and Poppadoms.

Never known anyone eat as many eggs as you do. Do you ever use Burfords or just your basic supermarket egg?

1 or 2 a day is fine imo.
The above are from a farm shop.
I usually have a mix of farm shop and supermarket eggs, of which currently some are Bronte Browns, but I save those to add to what I may be cooking, rather than a quick breakfast fix.
EDIT: To add that those I buy from a supermarket are far from 'basic' and will at least be free range, organic and looked after by a lady called Maude
