Lamb mince made into kebab, cooked under the grill. Used the Warburtons soft Pittas.
Cooked chicken Zafrini from Dan Toombs Curry Bible, the true test will be tomorrow after it's had time to rest and mature. Bean side dish. Not overly blown away by the recipes in the book but in fairness he does say to adjust them so they're probably designed with that in mind.
