Not the ones I used to get but look perfect and added to this weeks shopping, cheers.

Nice healthy salad as a bit of trial run for taking in for work lunch.

Pearl couscous, borlotti beans, spinach and oven roasted baby tomatoes.

A good base to have ready in the fridge and add bits to during the week.
