There was a little more milk added as I had also added milled flaxseed, pumpkin, sunflower, chia and Goji berries underneath.

I had a choice of extra mature Cheddar or President Brie, but went with the ham, egg, mayo and tomato chutney instead.
I've got a Panini maker somewhere that we just do not use and tbh I'm not overkeen on doing it that way.

Grated cheese and opened grilled would work for me though.
