I wish there was a curry house round my way that did Haryali chicken curry. It’s such a rare curry but it’s delicious. It’s a green curry made with coriander, fenugreek, spinach and mint.

According to Just Eat, one place in my area does it. Described as "Chicken cooked in a unique hot green sauce, made of coriander, green peppers, garlic & green chillies."

Coukd be lost in translation, but do you mean chicken tikka? Tikka is the coated meat cooked in the tandoor, tikka masala is a curry

Yeah, chicken tikka. I’m 4 pints deep so had a brain fart there.

Just plain in the Pathia I have, it’s wonderfully done though.. must have some sort of marination.

looks pretty straightforward so I’ve bookmarked a recipe and will have a go at making one in the next few weeks.
