Is there a particular day you avoid because of the chef?

I think it's Thursday's as the Curry tends to be quite pale, less tomatoey and generally less flavourful (Nothing spectacular, more generic Chicken Curry)

When the owner discussed Chef's as their main Chef of many years retired, he did mention that himself and the e retired chefs cousin as well as head chef produce it with a Tomato Pure base but another Chef who despite being told starts with Oil and Onions... which must be Thursday where it's totally different in appearance and taste.
