Pancake roll. It's basically the same as a spring roll but much larger and very filling. I love them, so crispy.

I could murder that right now. Gonna have to get a chinese takeaway this weekend. Can't go wrong with sweet and sour crispy chicken, pork or prawn balls, hong kong style chicken, beef chow mein, noodles, and egg fried rice. I always eat chinese with chopsticks. It's more fun and probably because I'm a drummer.
