Yeah sure! I have another thousand of these to re-package, could do with the help
You must switch every 7 days. Without exception.
(Will only make sense if you've seen The Substance)

I used to bake bread every day, not so much now. I buy in bulk 500g at a time and break it down into 50g vac packs to keep it at it's best long term so when I open a fresh pack I know it won't fail me. Normal rotation is about 2/3 weeks now it's getting cooler. If you want your bread to fail, go buy the junk from a shop! You must switch every 7 days. Without exception.

Devastated to find out my favourite local is closed today for Maintenance after saving myself and looking forward to it.
@aVdub Although it's great to see they have taken on your advise and most likely are investing in bigger appliances and bigger pots to match
Therefore decided to go for a Reg Pizza and Large Pathia Sauce, plenty of dipping and slurping action has taken place

Not yet, some of it really is extreme pricing, £7 for a 1 person beef pie. £6 for two sausages in lentil gravySeeing this desert from M&S makes me think of the new gastro pub line by tom kerridge. They are pushing it really hard on the radio but Tom is definitely not a nigella when it comes to describing the food. However it does sound lovely.
Has anyone tried anything from him?
No it doesn't make a lot of sense to make your own bread sadly. I do however save on things like Gluten Free pizza which to even buy a single base would cost £3.50 which are like eating cardboard. For me to make a Pizza base costs around £1.20 vs 3 normal Pizza dough balls which costs the same price. Sadly I can't match as of yet, or more to the point I don't want to waste vast amounts of expensive flour trying to make useable gluten free breads not to mention the baking period as well. But you just can't beat the smell of fresh bread baking in the oven even though I can't eat it!I like the Idea of baking bread, sadly due to energy prices it would likely cost you more to bake your own Vs buying supermarket bread, well using an oven anyway.
I quite the Tesco "toastie" and at 75p for an 800g loaf if you factor the cost of putting your oven on I think you'd struggle to make it cheaper yourself.
I'm sure you can bake your own bread that is nicer and better for you in terms of ingredients though.
