Yeah pan fried is my favourite for sure, I should have waited for the bread to setup properly, although I like the way it gave a rustic look. Thats the first time I've tried my bread recipe for pan fried toastie and it was up there, every bit as good as it looks. So Pizza,Bread and Cookies I now look forward to eating and It's helping me put a little weight on which is great news. I just need to find some rings now to make some tall burger buns
