It's a chicken tikka vindaloo stylee strength.. batch cooked and then portioned and frozen..

My xmas dinner was a pork pie lol, the wife spent half the night with her head down the bog throwing up and is still in bed feelig ill {not with drink I must add} but she has picked up some horrible bug. I am keeping well away.

Standard Christmas overload, one of the best I’ve ever done apart from the underdone parsnips.

Plenty of leftovers ready for tomorrow’s boxing day curry. 5 different dishes planned with 3 of them featuring parts of the Christmas dinner.

It was enjoyable, no Indian but enjoyable

Yep, it sure was for us.....

Slightly over-done-it, I was taking lots of nice pics of our lovely xmas dinner after the panic......... I had forgot to put the memory card back in the camera!
Luckily my socket exploded just before we served up, phew

We’ve all had a cold and our 4 Year Old has been playing up all day, if that makes you feel any better
