The **Now Eating** Thread

I’m still doing well, no Curry has been consumed… :cry:

I do however, have Curry on the brain and have just ordered the following “Starter Bundle”



If they turn out good, I’ll be sure to follow the Base Gravy and Tomato Paste Recipe from scratch which will massively reduce any costs involved and these two bases can then be applied to any British Indian Restaurant style curry recipes, only then the spices will need to be tweaked according to recipes.

All in all rather excited to share the final product’s!

I’ve still got that recipe for pathia bookmarked that someone (maybe you) linked the other week. Just need to clear a bit of space in the freezer then will make up a big batch.

I watched that video on YouTube earlier! The Curry Kid tends to make Curries BIR Style, so will be perfect content for my new venture.

I’ve committed to this, I have a 28CM Aluminium pan on the way :cry:

Once I’m up and running I’ll have to give the Pathia a try, although I do plan on asking my local what type of condiment they add for its tangy unique flavour.
