This is a bodycoach / Joe Wicks recipe I was recommended by my parents. Very nice, very easy. Had it with sliced white cabbage, and I added mushrooms rather than mozarella.

A MrsHB special. A hot savoury pancake, with cod, salmon and prawns, in a creamy 3 cheese sauce, and cheese on top. Bread for dipping. One of my favs.
