It's been a while since I've made one, I had a craze on Almond flour, used to buy it in 25KG boxes and make lots of stuff

My latest fad is butter Biscuits, freshly made today with fioreglut.

Quick and easy curry. I diced and fried about 150g of chicken breast fillets in a wok, added half a jar of Jalfrezi cooking sauce, simmered for a few minutes and boiled some basmati rice. Slice of garlic & coriander naan bread out of the oven to accompany it.

Looks great! I take it that's also Bakewell? Looks more moist than mine, possibly there's more butter and eggs in it. I'm happy with my pastry but any chance of the ingredients and amounts used in yours just for the frangipane filling?
