Traditional one for me this evening, Sunday Chicken Pathia, Plain Rice, Chilli Sauce with Popadoms, Mango Chutney and Mint Yoghurt.




Tomorrow’s Forecast is likely Chicken Pathia, confirmed with the main man himself that he is in the kitchen cooking tomorrow.

Also, I have only gone and been invited into the Kitchen to be taught how to make a Chicken Pathia by the main man himself, we had a good conversation and I think he was impressed by my BIR Curry knowledge :p Either that or he god fed up of me hugging his leg begging “please please please” :cry:

He even went as far as offering me containers of their in house Base Gravy, Mix Powders and Curry Pastes.
