Oh don’t! The memories are flooding back, I often crave a top tier Pathia from the main man at Bollywood.

What excuse can I use when I go in? Open to suggestions…

1) Sorry main man, what it is, is that I have been working away in Gibraltar and only got back today but hear I am!

Sorry. Did a three month stretch for crimes against curry :D

I don't get black bean sauce, looks good, smells good, never taste as strong as you think.

I love black bean sauce. Lee Kum Kee do one that is really good. It’s very potent so you have to mix it with some hot water and sugar then maybe thicken with cornflour. Well worth trying as it’s beaut!

We saw this on Tesco website earlier, will definitely give it a go!
Cheers

This song is @Gilbert89 's curry song, he sings it both to MsGilbert89 and MrMainMan89, potentially to both at the same time!

To MsGilbert:
"I need some s00n like I've never needed s00n before"

To MrMainMan:
"I had a little s00n now I'm back for more"

To both (potentially in the same bed):
"I wanna make s000n to you babay"
"'Cause tonight is the night"

So....:D

Someone told me that @Gilbert89 likes Pathia and has been seen eating Shepherds pie on occasion, which got a bit of my brain thinking......

It has probably been done before, but I present Indian Shepherds pie that is made up of Northern Indian mash potato, Lamb mince cooked in a Pathia sauce and finished under the grill with Paneer slices.

It has a good heat from both the mash and Pathia.

I've made curry and mashed potato type combinations before and I think it works fine. Although I don't usually spice up the potato, in the the same way I don't have chillies in the rice when I'm eating a vindaloo.
