Curried mince, smoked paprika couscous and red peppers.

Slightly hotter than I intended, still good though. Just means I'll get a bit of a sweat on :eek::o
 
Nice, how does the nut coating work any good?
Keep meaning to try it but havent yet.


Angle hot gut sausages(spice beef and ale) with sweed and carrot mash and stir fried courgette and brocolli.

It's not bad at all, very subtle flavour. I just shelled a few, into a bag and crushed them with the flat side of a large knife.

Then chucked the chicken in with some chopped chilli.

Nice :)
 
Very late dinner. Gammon steaks with fried egg, mashed potatoes and marrowfat peas. Lovely, though could have put more butter in the mash.

I'll have to give it a go, later this week.
Pave steak tomorrow though, brunch and dinner.
