Just got back from a lovely meal.
Sharer platter to start :
Buffalo mozzarella with vine tomatoes, crushed olives, fresh basil and balsamic
Chicken liver parfait, ginger apple relish and parmesan crostini
Aromatic duck salad, sesame soy dressing and crispy wontons
Tempura tiger prawns with spicy ponzu dip
Blue swimmer crab and avocado remoulade, wasabi lime dressing
and then
16 oz porterhouse, with buttered spinach and Parmesan truffle fries.
It was extremely good.
