Just done a 10 mile run. Tuna, sweetcorn and mayo with some toast followed by a banana. Recovered.

Oh man

those looks awesome. I love decent pasties. Shame they're off the menu.
Marinated some pork belly and grilled to crispness. Chopped it up on top of a mixed salad and had a bit of a kind of spicy mayo dressing.

I have to be horribly self-congratulatory and state they're possibly the best pasties I've ever had (and I've had a few!). Not bad for a first attempt, although I'm now lamenting never making them before.
