The **Now Eating** Thread

I got a Domino's delivered to my work today for lunch. A personal Meteor pizza with the BBQ sauce changed to regular pizza sauce and the bacon rashers swapped for extra cheese. Also got a 6 piece chicken kickers with a honey & mustard dip and a 500ML bottle of diet coke :)
 
Not quite "now eating" but a friend of mine owns a patisserie in Cardiff, he makes the rolls for a pop up called hangfire smoke house (they were at meatopia this weekend) They are also at abergavenny food festival, and needed 400 rolls for their pulled pork.

As I'm a good mate (and wanted to see how they did it) I offered my services at 3am this morning, a few hours later we had this

400 pretzel brioche buns! Was a great experience
 
maccapacca, they look amazing. Turn out much better than the ones that I've ever made.

I'm assuming it's a bacon rasher, egg and some broccoli? Can I ask what your timings are?
