Last night’s dinner. Absolutely incredible food and a wonderful depth of flavours and textures. A little too much sake (matron!) for my liking with the wine pairings and a couple of quite challenging flavours, but genuinely some of the best I’ve eaten. Only one photo of the ice cream with mushroom caramel (think salted caramel with ridiculous depth of flavour and extra umami).
