Home made chicken korma. Didn’t have flaked almonds for the final flourish, but a good sprinkle of garam masala did the business.
 
Not tried that, what do you do just soak 'em for half hour, also what potatoes you got, any good ?
I've not had a baked spud this Autumn.

I usually chop and leave in the cider vinegar or similar for an hour or so, probably longer and then use up what I've added over the days or weeks.
Good with mini cucumber and beetroot.
