I've gained a fair bit of muscle (well definition) at least ! .

I've always been quite well built, it was just hidden under plenty of insulation :D :D

I feel the best I have in years, which is also fantastic

I'm not, not eating , just been a bit more restrained and it makes the treats all the better ! :D
That's much better than sticking a jab in you to stop you from eating!

Have you posted in the weight loss thread? People will (should!) be inspired.

I'd say it's probably borderline too much to lose in 6 months? Pretty rapid loss.

It is rapid but averaging just over a kg a week.

Usually people with a key nip in and get you some Bread and Milk..

Some Plain Rice, Naan Bread, Selection of Curry Sauces please as I won’t be back until 4Am… :D

If I owned an Indian restaurant, I'd probably call it - Goa Head - Make my Dhansak :D

Its (along with healthier eating, lots of exercise and calorie counting), helped with my blood pressure, bloods generally, heart rate and the original intention of lost a significant amount of weight :D

I have made a conscious effort to exercise 5-7 days a week and the protein is helping with not losing muscle as part of the weight loss

My "shape" has improved immensely with the routines I'm doing coupled with approaching 30kg weight loss

Blimey, 30kg, well done.

Your speedos much have been practically falling off you for most of the holiday.
