That looks beautiful, I’d love something like that but I lack motivation to cook as I’m dealing with a 5 year old on Speed at the same time.

Leftover roast from work today chucked in the air fryer, not as good as fresh but still alright.
Savoy, carrots, shallot, spuds and duck.
The actual roast gets parsnips, butternut squash puree, a yorkie and the duck breast pan seared as well:

My goodness that was a ridiculous amount of Curry for me, lovely touches to the Curries they definitely take pride in presentation.
So I ordered a Paneer Pathia, Paneer Chilli Garlic, Plain Naan Bread and Plain Rice…
Upon Dinga Dinga bag hand over he shook my hand, pulled me close looked me in the eye and said he had added me a little something extra in, my senses were tingling…
Turned out to be some sort of Curried Potato, Chick Pea, Spinach and Corriander dish it was nice.
Everything was superb although the Chilli Garlic was a little Jalfrezi ish which isn’t my cup of tea so will stick to what I know but the Pathia was great, lovely lovely Curry
Washed down with a Blue WKD with my pinky finger flared

Been slacking with posting but my last was Friday. I tried my other local for the first time, and it was absolutely divine!
