Late dinner tonight. Dessert was Semolina. I noticed something strange though, there was chocolate cake lurking underneath. Oh well, I didn't complain!
I wouldn't normally break out the onion gravy again so soon, but I popped into a supermarket this evening and spotted some half price steak. Not the greatest piece of meat, but still not bad for Tuesday dinner:
I finish the steak with butter and all the juices really help lift the onion gravy - sometimes I think it's the best part of the meal.
