On my way!
 
Only had one Ribeye and two small Bavette steaks left.
Done both in the same pan, turning every minute for 8 mins, rested and they've come out a decent medium rare.
Done in a little French Brandy and Delice de Bourgogne,
Plant stuff done in the steak juices and allowed to steam with a glass lid on.

Skipped breakfast and lunch so my judgment may not be trusted, but had some banging food at a Chinese place near me that makes its own biang biang noodles.

Had seaweed salad, spring onion pancake (only average, unfortunately, I've made better), chicken dumplings and the biang biang with pork belly. Noodles were 10/10 and the other bits were solid, loved the seaweed salad.
