Shaanxi?Skipped breakfast and lunch so my judgment may not be trusted, but had some banging food at a Chinese place near me that makes its own biang biang noodles.
Had seaweed salad, spring onion pancake (only average, unfortunately, I've made better), chicken dumplings and the biang biang with pork belly. Noodles were 10/10 and the other bits were solid, loved the seaweed salad.
Maaaaan, I miss Preston St.

Soon has passed so NooB sooner I think erm dunno tbh, most days I can barely think or write a sentence anymore.
