That looks excellent. The crab timbale and lamb would be my picks, but fresh bread with bacon jam is a very strong start.
The crab timbale was imo a perfect summer beach dish on the dunes, with a good chilled bubbles and the family.
The pink lamb was so tender I could have cut it with string, with the capers and crispy ends just adding to a perfect dish.
They sell their bacon jam, which we bought last time and again on this visit.
