Does anyone play in TNPL?

I joined for the winter season last year and managed second in the pub league, off to a regional finals soon. Can anyone shed any light on how different the regionals will be compared to the pub league?

the regional finals of our poker league have even more muppets than our local pub game

play tight, pick up pots when you have great hands and don't take any risks till the later stages

you will find you wont play any different t how you usually play and should also have a lot of fun...

I was hoping there would be less muppets, get fed up with people calling on low cards

our pub has a had decent group of people with only a couple of fish, many pubs have much lower standards, I really do find many more idiots at the regional finals

I find I will always do much better in a £100 buy in casino/poker club event than I would in one of these games
