left hand side of the toolbar, second one down, in 7.0. Can't see why it'd have gone far. It might be on another one, the polygonal or margnetic one, hold the mouse down on the lasso button to change it.
Or press L.

), when my computer decided it was a good idea to do a virus scan causing it to crash :mad:

It was going to be my masterpiece, but I can't be bothered again it took me an hour to do

i can sympathise mate. all the photoshopping ive done is whilst on the bed on the latop because the tv is on the computer desk. that means the wrist is bent at an awkward angle for a long priod of time = ow ow!
