Was well played guys, especially bungler :) unlucky in the final I think. I was where i was because I called out Mattd's HUGE bluff :)

It was 180 chips I was down to, not 160, whoever said that :)

To put that into some context, going into the last hand I had over 21,000 :eek:

FFS!! i missed the thread and didnt realise it was happening, get another one sorted out for this sunday i say!
 
Sundays are the worst days for poker tbh.

Though I think I need to miss out the next Poker tourney as the winner doesn't get to play for the chance of retaining their crown?

Well it is fairly clearly stated.

Don't understand how people can complain about missing it. Its not like it was short notice.

Hopefully next time round we can have 2 previous winners against each other, im going to have a look when the World Cup KO's and make a decision then get back to you and the guys over at Royal City and we can sort something out!

Well played everyone and congrats to Gilly.

Quite surprised I came 4th, I thought I would be one of the first out.
I started off quite well then towards the end made a few stupid bets which brought me from £3000 to nothing in 3/4 hands.

I *think* the winner stepped out of the last one to let someone else have a go.

Not that he'd have done much against me ;)

Seriously though, I don't mind missing one if thats the general consensus :)

I would back finding better software though. At the end of the head-to-head I had a banging headache and was worried I'd have those MS Paint graphics burnt into my retina :(
 
Nah, you should defend your title.

Shame the client kicked us out straight away, didn't get the chance to congratulate you. The head to head was a bit cagey, must have been like watching Ebdon play snooker at times :p

I was a bit put out when the client booted us too. Wasn't like we were the only ones there either! Then again, I wasn't at all impressed with the client anyway.
