Well, I found my digitizing programme after hours of searching, and have knocked up the file to put on my machine. Just need to stitch it out tomorrow when I get in from work. The first try normally ends up rubbish and has to be re-jigged on the computer, but fingers crossed

Here's a preview of what it should look like (ignore the random black lines, they get snipped off).

Will post a pic of the real thing once it's done
