The OcUK FIFA08 league (360): Season 2 sign up

h1lleh 1 - 0 Fothsn

League is showing me as losing 3-0, as I lost the connection to the fifa servers when the match had finished.

Score was 1-0 at full time though.

I dunno, I felt you didn't create much during the game and I controlled large periods and had the better chances.

Andy can you amend the result on the Fifa page pleaseeee? :)

lmao, you barely had a shot, i had plenty and most of the time would just snap me when i get through. You was lucky i didn't score more, which i would have done if you didn't snap me everytime i got past your defenders :)
 
im not going to write another post about the game after this, fair enough you won, but don't think for one minute you outplayed me. i only started snapping after the second gift was given to you, didn't really see the point in finishing the match properly and then you went and tarted about anyway.

Now the weekend is just about over just wanna thank everyone for their participation in the league this weekend. People have played a hell of a lot more games than I thought they would. Shame not everyone could get a game played but two out of 32 is pretty good going.

Thank you to you, Rumple, Hencore and anybody else I forgot to mention for organising this. Its good fun and nice to have a bit of friendly competition.

good game, you had one sitter from a cross, you were totaly unmarked and put it over the bar. i was expecting you to score and it be a draw but i got that 2nd in last minute.

Yeah, I always concede sloppy goals whereby the AI just doesn't react or do anything at all. It's what's letting me down in every game tbh.

Oh, and my lack of ability to score :p But then again, what do you expect, I am playing as Fulham who will be a championship side next season :p

nah, I am watching MOTD before going to bed. But I should be around most evenings during the week so maybe tomorrow?
 
My game results have already been posted, well played to all involved. One query. On rebounds from the keeper, is there such a way to get your players to react quicker? I lost so many goals tonight because my defenders couldnt react quick enough.

benbo96 3-2 Alex1982UK - I just laughed at the penalty, I saw it coming, should have had another one right at the end, took the guys legs when through, but ref waved it away. I wasnt impressed with the referee to be honest, he was poor :P

andituk 1-1 Alex1982UK - Great game, could stop at all, non stop goalmouth action.

hilleh 1-0 Alex1982UK - Should have took my chance early on, out played after that.

fothsn 3-0 - Getting better, you hit me for 4 last time. One day I will get ya.
 
I’ve been blown away by the amount of games played this weekend, its truly awesome, well done lads!

Glad people are using the league site. We are adding new stuff all the time and have even more stuff in the works.

For example today we added the player details section (click a player’s name). Here you can find more in depth details about that player such as Goals Scored per Game, Win Percentage and Clean Sheets etc.

On the right hand side will be all time stats for that player. These are going to be more long term stats including a new award system that’s in the works.

This league is shaping up to be cracker. :)

Tight game, draw the right result I think, we both hit the woodwork and came close a few times. Good game.
