The OcUK FIFA08 league (360): Season 2 sign up

I don't mind, in fact, I'm actually glad I got a random team - gives me a chance to try something new, perhaps a challenge. It'll be interesting to see how they play compared to other teams I've played/haven't played.

Don't take it to heart mate, most of us are thankful for what you and Andy and Henn do for the league. I posted up earlier about it amongst a couple of other people too.

It’s okay rump don’t get disheartened mate! People are always going to complain unless they get their favourite or some well known team. You’ll find that even will all the whinging people will want to play.

I think you'll find we all appreciate the effort you and Andy put in. That doesn't mean we can't be unhappy with the draw.

After playing a few matches with them, I'm fairly happy with my team.

I'm questioning how "random" this draw actually was.
 
Is David Beckham classed as an American yet?!?

At least I've got a decent keeper in Keller and a decent striker in McBride... I reckon I've got enough to give Bolton a good seeing to, which at the end of the day means I'll finish with at least 6 points more than Hencore ... ;)

I reckon once we've run 4 or 5 "seasons" everyone will have had at least one team they're happy with, which considering we're playing with such a huge range of equal teams, is fair enough. Give the guys a break, the do a great job.

If you fire up the game you might be surprised how close the two teams are on stats, apart from my 82 goal keeping (which is a bit of an anomaly) theres nothing in it at all.

100% random with no alterations to the 2 lists produced by the website. If you have issues with that I have issues with you taking part.

Excuse me? I have issues with you taking part, with your so called "randomly" selected team.

You expect me to believe you drew PSV and Andy drew Feyenoord first time? Yeah, maybe after about 6 presses of the generate button.

1 press no more no less all done entirely randomly and Andy got my fav team in the star class, yeah I decided to give a rival my fav team? get real. Most of you are talking out of your rears without even checking the stats of your squads its frankly pathetic to see.
 
TBH I don't care what team I get,

I have yet to play this game online and am looking forward to being thrashed by pretty much everybody regardless of which team they are playing with.

Just be nice to have a chat.

just don't be too annoyed if I scream like a girl when I score a goal :)

I expect many here are thinking the same as me, there just to polite to say it.

I'm not going to question to draw further, however suspicious it may seem. Nothings going to change and we'll all just have to get on with it.

Regarding stats and star ratings, they mean very little. There's loads wrong right across the game.

As I said, I'm fairly happy with my team, so I'll just leave it at that.

Anyone want a game using our teams?
 
It is a tad strange that the 2 people who have set up the league get probably the 2 best teams around.

But, these people make the leauge, so you cant do anything about it, like the goverenment...:p

Never heard of my team and the French league is rubbish, bar lyon, so I will just have to wait and see...
