My present was going to be a 40x40x40 inch cardboard box, wrapped in nice paper and a box.

However, the place I was going to get it can't deliver it in time, so I'll have to think of something else, shame.

And there is no way I'm wearing a name tag, let alone one with "overclockers" written on it.

I may come in full on chav gear though, for the bant :p

Desmo - you got a particular service station that caters exactly what you need? ;) I don't want to be distracted when i'm driving ok?! :p

OcUK meets aren't that bad... and no name tags makes it that much more fun! :D A lot of people seem to know who I am though :eek:
 
balls, as with the last RR meet i am forced to pull out :mad:

basically, because work won't give me the saturday off, even though i booked it off. excuse being they are too shortstaffed. and i wouldn't be able to leave until 5pm so its not worth it.

oh well :(
 
woulda loved to come and say hello guys (and gals). . . .

But live in newcastle and its miles away (literally :p) and couldnt work out a place to stay in time

Anyway hope you have a good time !

I have that problem. It usually takes me two meets to remember most people, although there are a few exceptions.

No nametags though - it's bad enough having to carry the damn things around at work. :)

What are the chances of showing up on the day and getting a room for the night?

Anyone want to share or are there any floors going spare?

Pretty good at the Marriott, pretty much nailed on at a place on the strip where Leon and Kate are staying.

I would mate - but I've already got Desmo and GTA sharing with me! I'm sure there will be somewhere for you to pitch up... there's always the car park :p

Excellent, well then you can count me in. I will try and talk Dave into coming too. Should be a right laugh.

Cant believe I missed it last year, and the Ireland trip/RR/RR2 etc :mad:

doh!! :p Then again I missed it last year too :o

Dave told me he can't afford it and there's little chance he'll make it down :(
