Feeling a bit more with it today as I was so knackered when I got in last night although I still managed to get into work late this morning, hehe.

First of all a big thanks to Feek for getting the ball rolling again and organising the dates etc. Cheers to Lopez, Lostkat, Piggy and the other locals for generally showing us around and then finding us when we were lost (I think Will Gill needs more practice on his iPaq GPS :D ). Thanks also to Freefaller for doing most of the driving on my journey there and also booking the hotel.

So here's some of the stuff I remember, in no particular order:
Freefaller - Sound guy with lots of stories to tell. Loves changing down a gear for no other reason than to rev the nuts off his car although he probably doesn't even realise he's doing it, lol
Will Gill - Great stories of evenings in with the curtains drawn and empty beer cans shouting STFU noob, Roxors my Boxors and wondering what sort of ping he can get from GPRS on his phone.
Gilly - Not all northerners are monkeys. Gilly proves the point :p Nice bloke and bloody funny. Looked extremely upset when his sherrif guns got broken but soon got over it after drinking more beer. Falling down the stairs at Piggys just serves you right, hehe.
Matblack - One of lifes gentle giants. Big fella but just seemed so jolly all the time. A laugh that makes you crack up. Took a beating off some old dear, sorry bud, couldn't help it but laugh at that one. Couldn't keep off the forums on his XDA.
Lopez - Didn't really chat too much but had a laugh over stories of road based motorsport ;)
Piggymon - Another constantly happy person. Always smiling and more than happy to cook us all pizza and chips and generally wait on 6 blokes that were probably being more than a pain in the butt.
GTA - Oh my god. I don't think I've ever met somebody so funny. Constantly talking about everything and anything and making it sound funny. Was also proud to wear the "Desmo thinks I'm an OcUK Forums Whore" t-shirt all day sunday. He doesn't remember posting his "I'm a fag" thread but I'd just like to say it most definatley NOT me ;)

Bah, memories going again, will probably post more later.
 
Urg, first trip to the forums since Sunday morning at 4 or whatever time it was. I'd like to point out that I logged on to check a few threads, didn't post ANYTHING and then my account was unfairly hijacked by Desmo, DRZ and Gilly, who then posted swearring, and nasty stuff.

I informed Feek and Lopez of this transgression, and they were no help. I would like to confirm that despite their intolerance for swearring on the forums, they both use disgusting language that would make a sailor blush and vomit.

They are not safe.

Have felt rougher than a buzzard's crotch pretty much since Halfords.

I also see that some clown has changed my name. One is unimpressed, and place's blame squarly at the door of Desmo.


All in all though, was a really good night, had a great time. Everyone I spoke to turned out to be a massive legend.

I'm still remembering stuff that happened, my favorite conversation of the night for example.

Me "We're getting a taxi Desmo, you comin'?"
Desmo - faintly from upstairs in Piggy's room "no........"
Me "Sure?"
Desmo - fainter, still upstairs "yeah, I'm good......"

Legend :D

I'm also only just remembering pulling that podium dancer, but I don't remember her name....

Oh yeah, I did get a call from that tall blonde from the Brynimor :D rapidy hung up, before K heard :p I've got a lovely text, along the line's of "Don't you hang up on me you ******* ****!" Welsh birds are truely a class apart.

I'm wearing my Forum Whore T-shirt right now, with a great deal of pride, in the middle of a rather busy internet cafe. I'm getting the odd funny look.


In closing, mad props to my crew, safe as ****, believe.

I love the pictures by the way, but some are definatly missing. So is the video of Gilly trying to run me over.

Unsafe.

I will try to get some pictures of me in the T-shirt in various places. Especially later on in 2005 when I got travelling. We'll have OcUK t-shirt tour of famous backdrops of the world stage.

Oh yeah, who was I talking to in the Brynimor about "Which forum memeber would you most like to smack round the face with this pint glass?" ?

I was fairly wasted at that point, I hasten to add.

To be honest, it might not even have been anyone from the forums, might have been some random welsh guy. Damn.

There haven't been any more interesting pictures posted in the SE - well except for one or two of members that did not want their pictures posted. But nothing Lopez hasn't posted in this thread yet :)

I'm hoping for more pics soon too though! :D

I didn't realise I did it actually! :o But you loved it ;) So did Fox apparently when we overtook them on the m/way - he said it sounded sweet :cool:

And you're welcome about the Hotel and the lift - it was nice to have company. Even though you didn't use the hotel..... ;)

I messed up mine due to forgetting to reset the white balance on my camera from the night before. Fortunately, a crash course in PSP 9 rescued it, and you'd never know if I hadn't just told you. :)
 
GTA - It was me and someone else you were talking to about the OcUK Pint Glass --> Face thing. It was rather amusing :) I think Gilly was the other person, though I couldnt say for sure.

Which one of you buggers was moaning about having a sore throut? Think it was Lopez.

I'm feeling really rough and can hardly swallow :( , I'm sure one of you are responsible.

Oh well it least I didn't get an itchy rash like Gill and Will Gill :)

'twas me - I seem to remember that you want to kill someone at least a thousand times and then set fire to them.

And I'm just getting over a rather nasty cold, but I'm well past the infectious stage, that would have been about a week ago so I can't be blamed for that.
