Watching it on BBC atm. What exactly does Tim say to Rachael that upsets her so much?

It has been ages since I watched it and I can't really remember.

I think Tim dumps Rachel because he has feelings for Dawn and doesn't want to risk pushing Dawn away.

Because it would reinforce his career there, when really, he wants to go back into education and study psychology.

Doing what? Leaving his job? Not much detail surrounding it, but I think Dawn mainly. Leaving Wernom Hogg would mean hardly seeing her, who was his ray of sunshine in his otherwise boring life.

I love this program more than life itself... I often surf quote websites just to relive the glory of The Office in a non-visual way - it heightens senses and that. :eek:
