Will the old Button 1 now be the trigger thought ?

on the PS3 button 1 was always ADS and fire which annoyed the hell out of me and on BF3 couldn't be changed round !

It was the same on COD too, but at least COD let you switch them round.
 
I'm guessing it was like that because of how bad the triggers were and the devs knew it. I'd be surprised if it was still the same button layout on ps4 releases. It makes sense to use the triggers now they're actually triggers!

The DLC they have confirmed is the 2nd one, as china rising is the first, so hopefully only the one, but if the maps are anything like AM dlc i wouldn't mind if i had to wait as i dont enjoy them.
 
Aftermath or Armored Kill ?

Armored kill has bombed spectacularly now, Hardly any servers running the maps. I really liked them on rush, but there are just none to be found.
 
Am looking forward to it quite a bit! Does look very much Battlefield 3.5! It's almost like they didn't really bother! (of course it's a simplification, but they didn't even change the Hud for the most part!)

Still, not sure what I want to get it on yet! I really, really want to get back in to PC gaming so might just skip Xbox One and PS4 and build a decent rig!

You can now sprint in water (ie swim faster)

Supression has definitely been reduced.

Lean has been introduced when in cover

Counter melee confirmed, only works if you can see your opponent

Spectator mode confirmed.

BF4 will feature specific support for the competitive scene.
 
Sooo looking forward to this, hopefully server renting will give the option to limit ping levels too, playing BF3 last night was great, untill around 5 yanks joined the server when it all went **** up, bullets turned to paper and did nothing.
 
This is the main game I am ever really interested in. Although it will be available on current gen consoles, I'm considering buying a ps4/xb1 just to enjoy this in all its glory
 
Will be getting this on Xbox One, looks great!

Nice to see commander mode being brought back, missed that from Battlefield 2142. Will be awesome being able to get that overview on my tablet!

Countering a knife attack from the front is a good new feature too :).

I hope they address some bugs in the engine though, mainly sound drop outs, really annoying!
