Gavin just came to park the bus and get a payday, isn't in the same ballpark as Brook.

Get Khan V Brook on that's a fight people want to see, be better than seeing Khan get dominated by Mayweather anyway!

Kevin Johnson quits boxing after humiliating defeat.

What a genuine guy he seems to be. I like his motivation and he's making the right decision I think. I hope he isn't too hard on himself though, AJ could potentially unite the HW division - there's no shame in losing to someone that talented.

Na i agree after watching it you do get a sense of how is really is for his family etc so no hope he isn't too hard on himself.

Hope he keeps to his word and enjoys his retirement, hate to see a fighter go on as a shadow of his former skills just to be a punchbag for some tiny payday (I'm looking at you Danny Williams)

Agreed, Paul Smith seems like a genuinely nice guy who everyone wants to see do well but that fight was a joke. Looked not much more than a sparring session for Ward although I was a bit excited in the 7th round.

Paul looks really out of shape as well, not sure what's going on there? Have been meaning to seek out his post-fight comments, he's not normally one to beat around the bush. Last night showed that he's far from the top and I'm glad that his corner threw the towel in. First time I've seen a full Ward fight, he looks like an absolute beast. Need to watch some of his previous fights, must have been a war with Froch.

Broner v. Porter was pretty poor too, Broner comes across as a grade A ****. I could put up with it if he backed it up with being the bees knees in the ring but Porter made him look very average. Not to mention the ref let him get away with a lot.

Did anyone watch Wilder defend his title last week or so ago? It was the first fight of his that I've seen and it wasn't as amazing a performance as the highlights that I've seen from his previous fights. I reckon Joshua will pwn him once he's gained a bit more experience.
