It's all about himself. He hasn't even apologised for his actions. It's all cryptic riddles with I and me in them.

I’ll be the first to admit, I let my self down. I acted out of pure passion and emotion and when not controlled it ain’t great.

I love this sport so so much and I’ll be better from this point on.

Respect

Looks like he apologised if you read the whole thing.

Anyway it's a mountain being made out of a mole hill. I can't be that mad at him. It was a stupid thing to do but he had just been in a really hard fight, probably trained his nuts off and it still wasn't enough. With that performance he put in he beats most of the other heavyweights but he still came up short. He's had all this pressure on him for a number of years and just had to accept his dream of becoming undisputed will likely never happen. That's going to be a tough pill to swallow and after being punched in the face for 12 rounds I can forgive someone for acting out of character.

It may not feel like it now but this loss is a blessing in disguise for AJ. He's going to be out of the picture for belts for a few years so he can finally have some easy fights and develop a bit under Robert Garcia, if he decides to stick with him. There are already improvements as his defence looked great and he now actually has head movement. Have a few easy fights to build up some much needed confidence and start a new campaign for a title. Since his 15th or 16th fight he's had nothing but back-to-back word level opponents with very little time to learn anything whilst on the job.

I hope he doesn't retire. He still has a lot left to give to the sport/division and with some adjustments he could still be a big problem for anyone in the division.

I think there is an over egged view that AJ has revamped and revolutionised British Boxing that his team and especially Eddie Hearn really go hard for, although there is some merit to it, it's not like AJ is the only British Boxer to sell to the mainstream, sell out arenas and be under huge pressure.

The thing that put me off massively about all this, is it's still all about AJ. Usyk is pure class, always has been and there was never any doubt he won twice. Shame it took the shine of what an amazing boxer/fighter Usyk is all of this nonsense.

AJ still has huge fights left for sure, I doubt he will get a title back unless they become vacant. Usyk and Fury are now doing it for all the titles and I would guess they'd both call it a day after that. For sure though, Fury needs to fight Usyk for him to claim the "best" and I am not so sure it will be easy like many pundits seem to assume that Fury beats Usyk.

AJ has been pretty much exemplary throughout his whole career, this isn’t so much about what he did, rather it’s a chance for some people to kick him while he’s down.

When you're at a pointy end of a division you're bound to take a loss against someone eventually and that's even more true in the heavyweight division. AJ can hold his head high with his performance over the 12 rounds. Sure, the after fight antics were silly but move on. It's done.

I know he's a brand ambassador/marketing machine but how much money does he really need? He should just stop with the humble act and be himself. If that means being a 'road man' be a roadman. Those who don't like him will continue to not like him so he shouldn't worry about trying to appease them.

He should have a fight in December and then next year try and get 2 or 3 fights in. He's been too inactive the last few years.

Not really a fan of Fury's character so I'll be backing Usyk but if Usyk beats him (and I think he stands a real good chance of doing so) I think Usyk has to be up in the conversation about greatest fighters of all time. Undisputed at two weight classes? That's phenomenal.

Assuming the winner retires and vacates all the belts I'd love to see all the organisations come together and sort out a way of doing a heavyweight super-series between the top 10 ranked fighters. It's difficult to say who the top 10 should be as all the organisations have them ranked differently but a man can dream!

You never know in boxing but Fury its mutch clever fighter it will be hard for Usyk to get to him.

Me to m8 hope this will be done.
It’ll happen if Fury doesn’t mess around. Usyk won’t, he won’t be bothered about money either. I think Fury is much more aware of the threat he poses than he lets on in public. He won’t have the usual psychological advantage he normally enjoys.
