Yep, time to bow out. With hindsight the GGG fight and the resulting first eye injury was a mistake that really hindered his career but respect to him for taking it. Think he’s a class act.

There is a trend to earlier interventions from referees these days. Having never boxed I can't say I'm comfortable criticising this but I'm not sure that with Khan not having been on the floor that he didn't deserve a little bit longer despite the fact that he was looking beaten. Ironically Khan looked on wobblier legs in the first round vs the 6th. Hard to judge if Brook has another big fight in him but respect to him for getting in the shape to take this one out.
