watched the crawford vs canelo fight this morning. crawford just schooled canelo. just shows you when it comes to elite boxers canelo isnt one. mayweather bivol now crawford all schooled him. made him look average.

I think that's pretty harsh to say he's not an "elite" boxer... yes Crawford schooled him last night for sure.... But that doesn't make him average.

He was 23 when he fought Mayweather and Floyd knew another few years later, and he's probably beaten by Canelo.

He's a hall of fame certainty.... He probably lost both fights to GGG in my eyes, but record shows otherwise.

He has won titles in four different divisions, including super middleweight, junior middleweight, middleweight and light heavyweight, and former super middleweight undisputed champion of the world

Not really "average" fighter material.

all the best boxers he had fights with he lost. so no hes not a elite boxer. the elite boxers all schooled him . didnt say hes average but against the very best he lost 3 times.

mayweather bivol now crawford

Most fighters would dream to only have losses to those names.

They're all at least, at the very least, top 5 pound for pound fighters of their generations. No shame in that at all. He probably feels a bit embarrassed by Bud as he is a smaller man coming up to his weight but at least with Mayweather he can blame inexperience (though he was fighting since 16 and had something like 25-30 fights prior to fighting Floyd, iirc) and against Bivol, well Bivol is bigger but also he's flipping Bivol lol.

Let's not do Bud a disservice by calling Canelo anything less than what he is, a great. Though I do agree with @booyaka he clearly lost GGG 1, GGG2 was closer but could've went either way. GGG3 Easy win.

he is great just not elite. as the slite boxers beat him.

hes got a rematch apparently wiyh bud , which he will lose again. he cant fight proper boxers.

I do wonder where he goes now, he's obviously still a force in the division but I just don't see any way that he wins a rematch. Not only that but the decline often starts to accelerate for these guys when their style starts to drastically change, his combinations are gone, the moment his legs slow down and he can't cut the ring off he will be a target.

I think it will be rematch for one final pay day then done for him, probably the same for Crawford too. I'll also throw it out there, Canelo vs Jake Paul to actually happen at some point after the Crawford rematch

This era has been crazy really if you think about it, with everything going on and the calibre of all the fighters across the divisions, we have Inoue, a 4 weight & 2x undisputed champion, a 5 weight & 3x undisputed champion in Crawford, then a 2 weight & 3x undisputed in Usyk. All three just plodding along and cleaning up as they go, all at the same time.

But it required Eubank to be dehydrated to the point of having to go to hospital after the fight.

His dad who was there may be exaggerating but he claims that it was touch and go if Chris was going to live.

The video is on his youtube channel where he claims his head was badly swollen.

You could see his face/head was swollen. I didn't watch the whole fight but I saw enough.

Then again, it can't have been that bad if he's willing do it again, or he's stupid/greedy, which we can't rule out. Either way, it's his decision to do it and if people want to watch it then they might as well crack on.

Nice to see Eubank Jr welcomes a fight with Crawford, I'm sure Crawford would love the chance to test himself against new gen and all he brings to the table.
Eubank Jrs the undisputed/ring magazine/lineal world champion at calling people out and then losing his pen when the contracts come round.

He’ll tell you he’s fighting Canelo and Bud on the same night next then somehow the next time I see him in the ring it’ll no doubt be against Jake Paul, KSI or some other twonk off the internet…
