##########The Official Bus Simulator 2008 thread############

A bus sim game has potential if done right, features needed -

Pick up drunk passengers, watch them try and sit down when you floor it, extra points if there sick.
Sex in the back seats.
Junkie fights on the bus.
Stop at bus stop full of neds and drive away, avoid rocks getting thrown.
A timed stage where you get to the destination as fast as possible while the bus is full of pensioners without injuring them.

The posabilitys are endless :)

I am sure this has already been done, wasnt there even a fishing rod controller for the sega dreamcast
 
This must be for people with way too much time on their hands, why would you bother when there's good games like cod4, GTA4, Assassin, Witcher etc
 
Assassins Creed is boring as hell after the first three levels, Finsih COD, GTA 4 not availible for PC yet, no idea about witcher. Besides who doesn't DREAM of driving a bus? I know when I am traveling on one, I think, I wish I was driving, then I would get home much faster.

And look I dont speak german but im sure it says something along the likes of "you can download additional buses via the internet"

This sounds great I have always wanted to drive one of those buses that bend in the middle :D

Can't you already effectively do this in GTA, AND have guns aswell?

I know what I'd rather play.

- Spotty chavs throw food and make snide comments about you.
- Angry parents accuse you of being a paedophile when you get your camera out.

Just been playing it (Bus Driver), quite fun actually. Whilst I enjoy games where you can do anything, whenever you want, I also like games where you have to do things by-the-book, so to say. Such games also include FSX and SWAT 4. It's a relaxing, slow game, enjoyable after a hard day after work, a good chill out game. The game works, if only because the idea is to do things correctly. I like it. :cool: :D

Chill, my friend, it sounds like you need to play it. :) No need to swear. We will get GTA IV, so we get the best of both worlds. :D
