Ordered using Netherlands Registered and British Express and never paid tax. Stay away from courier companies.
How do I choose that postage method?

Ah seen that one, let us know you get on with it please !
Redmi 4X from GeekBuying - is that the best place as GearBest seem to have run out of stock?
it's called registered air mail, from there you can choose Netherlands registered. How do I choose that postage method?
I'm going to buy the Xiaomi Mi5 64GB on flash sale for £188 but I don't have a credit card so should I pay with my Barclays debit card or Paypal that is linked to my debit card for some protection in case the item doesn't turn up or dead on arrival?
It's fine, I always use 3G on the Three network and is more than enough for my needs. No band 20 on that one.
no problem with 4G using the mi5 on the 3 network
You can get 4G on the 1800MHz band yes but not on band 20. Having said that it's doubtful it would work anyway as I doubt VoLTE is supported by Three and that is needed for band 20 access.
VoLTE is on the Three network but you need a Three branded/firmware phone to use it. 4G will still work fine though, it'll just drop back to H/H+ when a call comes in.
