The Official 'Countdown to Wii' Thread!

Just popped to a large supermarket before and the queue was huge, over 20 waiting. This was bigger than the 360 queue I sat in last year!

Mine arrives tomorrow, hurrah.
 
Must be my lucky day :)

I placed a late pre-order with a high street store on the 23rd Nov and got told at the time, I was in the "2nd phase", their initial lot were sold out, and couldn't say when I would get one.

However, got a call from a nice chap saying, pop along very early tomorrow morning, we've got one for ya :D

So I can see no work getting done tomorrow!

Well done for the dedication :) how were they looking stock wise when you came out, all consoles and acessories looking sold? and how many people asked you wtf you were doing :p (been to a few book signings and you always get asked by people what you queuing for!)

I can imagine people thinking it was a queue for the toilets if they asked.

I really hope mine is available during friday, rather than saturday or longer. Just realised im a bit more skint that i thought so I'm dropping red steel.

I'm so ****** jealous mate, get some pics up pronto! :D:D
 
My local Asda is opening tomorrow at 8am I will be heading down around 5ish to queue. They have 10 in stock. It will be going on MM tomorrow. I'm off to bed laters.
 
I don't have one on pre order or owt but i am pretty excited about the release.

Cant wait to read some reviews on here in the morning.

he he i work for a home ent distrubutor and i've been watching them go out to stores one and two at a time....... i want one but the stocks arn't that great.... i wonder if i gan get one from work bypass the shops and maybe even get a discount..... hmmmm the deciding question is... is red steel any good?
