I really cannot see motion control like this taking off, no matter how hard they ram it down our throats. Needs feedback to be more immersive...and one of those AMD holodecks. Without that is just silly.

This, it's also not in sync.. You move then a delay and the character moves

Doubt PC will get a mention E3 is all about consoles always has been but some of those games being shown were obviously the PC version running full monty gfx!

Kinnect is coming to PC as well in the future according to Steve Ballmer not sure many PC gamers would ever buy it though....

Will all look great on PC but Ubisoft said all future games on 360 will use Kinnect so thats not great news for PC as it means the PC version will be hampered as Ubisoft only really make PC games from the console version nowadays.
 
There are some cool things that people have done with Kinect on PC but I'll be damnned if I get up and prance around whilst gaming.

Edit: oh looks like they are bringing those hacks to Xbox

Kinect has been out for ages, this conference seems like a basic desciption of the most basic elements of the abilities of kinect.
Why? Does this count as good advertising? I didn't realsie E3 was mass market, I though more geek squad aimed?
