Wasn't that impressive some okay looking games but its the same stuff we have been getting for years.
The Rome game, Ryse was it, looked okay but so much QTE it ruined it from that demonstration.
Racing games look good, have looked good for ages, hardly a great demo really we all know what they can do.
MGS5 looked decent enough.
Titan thing was okay but yet another shooter we see so many of these and along with BF4 which just looked like BF3 all over again, which looks liked a prettier cod.
It feels stagnant, they are stuck on what works for now and are afraid to push and try new things we have all been playing these games for ages.
The indie stuff on Xbone won't be to great either I imagine. From all the snippets on podcasts over the last few months they all see to hate MS and the way they do business and then they showed Minecraft which is already a huge seller on the 360 but due to no back compat you have to buy it all over. Minecraft is kind of old and a 1 trick pony for them really so so so many more small studios churning out great games you may not get to see on that console.
O yeah lets not forget their stupid pay wall, they really need to fix this now. Netflix and iPlayer are only avail to gold members and iPlayer removed itself as they are not allowed to be behind a pay wall like that. Free to play games, only for PAID FOR ACCOUNTS. They have at least taken a leaf from Sonys book and adding some free titles to download. Is gold really a worth while purchase for what you get? I mean multiplayer should be standard and not need to be paid for, what other stuff do you actually get for your money?
