Price of both Xbox and PS4 really annoys me. Why are they both adding £100 onto the price just for the trip to the UK? $399 is £256, not £339. Likewise with Xbox, $499 is £320, not £430.

It's funny, before that started I was nailed on for the Xbox One. Mainly because of the controller and XBL but damn, I was not expecting that.

Didn't think I'd even be tempted by the PS4.

one thing to note is that it has to be disc based games that folks can lend.. Might be a higher price point and cheaper downloads.

The people tuning in to watch these on streams are those with the voices that have kicked up a stink with the DRM and online rubbish and are the ones that go and buy these systems from the very beginning, the early adopters. Sony has just basically nailed everything for these people literally did nothing wrong in that. Complete contrast to MS it seems weird things have turned so badly for them in such a short space, they had a lot of work to do at E3 to try and build bridges. Pretty much no come back for them now is there?

A lot of the time the US calculate prices before tax and we do it after tax, That's where a lot of that comes from

You have to add VAT so I think 299 would have been the best price. Still, 349 is a good price point.

Xbox killed themselves here. They made it easy for Playstation.

You know if it wasn't for the price and the used game policy I'd say content wise that was one of the worst Sony conferences I've watched. Their show just seemed so very light on the heavy hitting exclusives.

On the other hand given how good the value of PS+ is on PS3 and Vita, and I'm sure the PS4 will get killer exclusives down the line I'll most likely be going PS4 exclusive next gen.

I'm not buying this MS is dead in the water though. After watching both shows I think next gen will possibly be as close as this gen.

I think in the USA u pay tax on that $399 which is like 7% more or something, our price includes the 20% rip off vat we pay.
