Is Mirror's Edge really that good? I played about 10 mins of it before forgetting about it, the missus bought me it a few years ago.

Hell yes, so original and just so much fun. When you get really good and can just flow through the levels it is immensely satisfying.

Mirror's Edge won points for its artwork, but lost points for its story and ending being naff.

I wouldn't be that harsh, Fable 2 was great, Fable 1 was good, and Fable 3 was mostly average with one very good bit.

The guy is passionate about gaming and always tries new things, we shouldn't hate him for that. I'd rather have someone reach for the stars and fall short than someone so safe sequels year in, year out.
