Id guess no, but as its all new news, I guess no one really knows. Hopefully all become clear sooner rather than later.

Gonna miss free MP, but if its tied up in PS+ which seems similar to what we are used to now then I was always gonna get that if I got a PS4 anyhow

To be confirmed but it worked like that on the PS3 e.g all the free plus games were available to anyone logged in on your console.
